He completed his primary education in the Wares district of Bamyan, including high school, and then studied in Kabul. Javad Sultani inherited his family's cloth designing, embroidery, and stitching work. Hazaristan popularizes modern Afghan aesthetics by combining traditional designs and patterns with simple silhouettes. As an Afghan company, the brand sources its workers and raw materials from within the country, generating more revenue for the country and the brand. Currently, the brand employs over 100 Afghan female artisans specializing in Afghan hand embroidery and stitching. Each piece of clothing is handcrafted and hand-stitched by incredibly skilled artisans. The outfits are tailored to natural fabrics such as velvet, silk, cotton, georgette, and Afghan fabrics like golnegar.
