I am Mustafa AMINI, Manager in Water Supply Services Company based in Bamyan, Afghanistan. I have been implementing my task for over 6 years’ experience in this field. I am currently 2nd year university student in BBA Department, faculty of economy at Bamika University. I was born on the 21st of Feb, year 2003 and presently living in Center of Bamyan City. I took my Elementary school level up to finishing my Senior High School in 2020 at Bamyan Boys High School. To begin with, I am enthusiastically struggling to strengthen my fielding in managing environment. It is challenging to navigate employees in order to function simultaneously or together effectively and efficiently. On the other hand, after internship term I got promoted to higher position as a manager with having more responsibilities which are planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, coordinating, directing, reporting and budgeting. I endeavor my best to have not only a strong leader but a considerable and well-organized company forevermore as well. Throughout my career, I have gained a strong foundation in administrative skills, especially financial management, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling, along with coordination. In addition to my formal education, I have also taken several online certificate and courses to enhance my skills and stay current with this big company and its financial management with high accuracy rate. In conjunction with this, my professional goals are to assist individuals, teams, managing businesses of all sizes leverage modern Virtual Selling approaches to create genuine, authentic, and meaningful relationships with networks in order to become recognizable thought leader within the networks or industries as well as develop long-lasting relationships that lead to new business and referrals.
