As you may know, our orphanage has faced significant financial challenges, which has led us to a heartbreaking situation—our devoted staff members have not received their salaries for the past seven months.
These individuals are not just employees; they are the backbone of our orphanage. They are caregivers, mentors, and sources of unconditional love for the 111 orphaned children who call this place home. Day in and day out, they show up with compassion and dedication, pouring their hearts into nurturing these children and providing them with the stability they so desperately need.
Imagine the toll this has taken on their lives. Many of our staff members have their own families to support. They are enduring this struggle in silence, sacrificing their own needs while they continue to care for those who have lost so much. The weight of their hardships is felt not just in their homes, but also within the walls of our orphanage, where the joy and laughter of our children depend on a stable, committed team.
Our staff members deserve to be recognized for their tireless work and unwavering commitment. However, their resolve is being tested, and we fear that if we cannot find the necessary funds to support them, we may lose these incredible individuals who have dedicated their lives to safeguarding our children’s future.
