Mir Agha is a resident of the city of Pul-e-Khumri, in the third district, near Zarā'at Road. He lives with his family of six members. Unfortunately, Mir Agha himself is paralyzed in both legs. His children are still young, and they live in a rented house. He has no one to support him except himself.
In front of his house, he owns a small cart where he sells a few items like chips and biscuits. According to him, he had to borrow money to stock these items, just to make enough money to afford four loaves of bread. When I asked him what kind of help he needed, he mentioned that many people from different offices had come and gone, but no significant help had been provided.
Mir Agha is paralyzed in both legs and has limited use of one of his hands, while the other hand works properly. He struggles a lot to get in and out of his house using a wheelchair. His request is for financial assistance, so he can either open a small shop or partner with another shopkeeper to secure a steady income for his daily expenses and those of his children.
Having seen his situation with my own eyes, I can confirm that Mir Agha is truly a poor and deserving individual.
