There is a boy with an unknown identity, and his parents are not known. He lives in an orphanage in Herat. The person in charge of the orphanage, Mr. Rezaei, says the boy has intellectual disability and motor impairment . He needs to be under the care of a doctor and should have pediatric care staff to look after him properly. Unfortunately, the orphanage cannot provide enough care due to a lack of money.
