Meet Neek Mohammad Niazi, a dedicated community advocate from Balkh province, Afghanistan. A father and husband, Neek Mohammad worked tirelessly to improve his community through journalism, volunteer efforts, and leadership roles, bringing important stories to light and offering hope to those around him. Despite earning a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Jawzjan University and building an impressive resume—managing media initiatives, conducting research with international collaborators, and serving as a community supervisor—Neek Mohammad finds himself facing severe financial hardships. Due to recent circumstances, he is now unemployed, leaving him and his family struggling to meet their basic needs. Neek Mohammad’s career has been marked by a passion for service, integrity, and resilience. Even with limited resources, he always found ways to give back, whether through media or community work. Now, he needs support from those who believe in his cause and his commitment to his family and community. How You Can Help: With your donation, Neek Mohammad can provide for his family during this difficult time and continue his path of making a positive impact. Let’s come together to support someone who has dedicated his life to uplifting others. Every contribution counts—no matter the amount, it brings him closer to stability and allows him to keep his dream of a better future alive.

Hayat Sayedi

I am Hayatullah Sayedi, a manager, educator, and podcast creator deeply committed to community development and personal growth. My journey in education began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Afghanistan, and later an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. My academic path has been enriched with studies in Russian language and a range of international workshops focused on conflict resolution and leadership. Professionally, I have embraced roles that allowed me to make meaningful contributions. As a Client Success Manager at PodcastInc, I focused on client retention and developing training programs that improved engagement. At Rumi Consultancy, I worked as an Executive Assistant, building and sustaining vital relationships with stakeholders. In 2020, I founded We Empower Organization, through which I have led initiatives aimed at improving educational access and providing leadership training across Afghanistan. This project represents my dedication to uplifting communities through education and skill-building. In addition to my professional work, I am the host of The Hayat Podcast, where I engage in discussions on topics like personal development and cultural exploration. A recent episode, "Passion for Languages, Travel, and Running with Anastasiia Mirazo," exemplifies my commitment to sharing diverse stories that inspire others. My passion for mentorship has led me to guide young podcasters with Amideast Yemen and to train youth in leadership and conflict resolution with Global Unites Afghanistan. I am deeply passionate about helping others, and I believe that through education, mentorship, and community support, we can unlock the potential of individuals and entire communities. One of the initiatives that is close to my heart is the Eidana program, where I helped organize clothing drives and celebrated Eid with underprivileged families in Mazar-e-Sharif. This experience reinforced my belief that even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference. Throughout my career and personal projects, I have always sought ways to give back, whether through leadership training, volunteerism, or creating platforms for people to share their stories. I am driven by the belief that true success is measured not just by personal achievement, but by the positive impact we can make in the lives of others. This passion for service continues to guide me as I work to build a better, more connected world for future generations
