About Campaign
Ali Asghar is a child who has been paralyzed from the leg for 3 years, and this accident happened to him when he was ten months old. They lived in one of the remote areas of Ghazni Province, and after this incident, it happened to their son. They came to the city to treat their son and currently live in the Barchi area of Kabul.
According to Ali Asghar's mom, "Ali Asghar was in perfect health before this incident and was a happy and healthy boy. But when this happened to him and he lost the strength to stand, he became frail and helpless, and almost three years have passed since that incident." She further adds that, "They tried a lot to treat Ali Asghar and took him to many doctors, and during this time there have been changes in Ali Asghar's life. Ali Asghar was admitted to the French Children's Hospital, Ata Turk Hospital, Hilal Ahmar Hospital, the state hospital in Ghazni, and many doctors for treatment. But the doctors say that if Ali Asghar is under serious care and if transferred abroad for treatment, there is a possibility of a faster recovery. However, we cannot afford to take my son abroad and pay for his treatment."
Ali Asghar's father has been working in Iran for two years as a tailor there. With his wages, the family can only afford to pay for the house rent and the rest goes to provide food which is sometimes a meal a day. They do not afford to treat Ali Asghar.
This fundraising campaign is launched to help the treatment of Ali Asghar and provide for his and his family basic needs. We ask your generosity and kindness in providing help to Ali Asghar and his family.
