You need to enter the referrer info(Fist, last Name, Email and Contact Number) and then the beneficiary Information (first name, last name, province, and district that the family is living in, and at least one active phone number).

Aseel delivers packages within 12-24 hours inside Kabul & within three Business days to other provinces.

Aseel delivers packages in Kabul within 12 - 24 hours, while packages in provinces usually take up to 72 hours. However, sometimes delivery gets delayed due to security concerns or security checkups in Kabul. You may inquire about the status of your donated package by sending an email to [email protected], mentioning the order number and Omid ID. For us at Aseel, the security of beneficiaries is our utmost priority, and we take it very seriously.

All Emergency Response Packages are delivered by Aseel Atalan. Aseel only shares the name, location, phone number, and Omid ID with the Atalan to ensure a successful delivery. This information is strictly confidential to the Atalan and is in no way shared with third parties.

If you have purchased an Emergency Package and assigned it to an Omid ID, the emergency package will be delivered to the designated Omid ID. However, if you donate to active campaigns on the Aseel Platform, the donations will be used to provide food or relief packages for the campaign cause when raised amount reached to target. The ‘’Let Aseel Decide’’ donations provide emergency food packages to families identified by the Aseel Team and Atalan. also you will be able to see your donation video.

You could donate in two different section Emergency Packages, donate to people-run campaigns, or donate to Aseel Grand Challenges.

Aseel accepts PayPal, Stripe, coin-based transfers, Card, Visa, Mastercard, American express,  and direct bank transfers.

Aseel is committed to providing a safe environment for its customers to donate safely. Your data is secured and confidential. Your email, phone number, and address will not be shared with a third party or used for any other purpose. Aseel will only send you an invoice about your donation and update thereof.

Aseel provides a subscription module where donors can subscribe to three-month, six-month, and for a year subscription plans. The donor will be charged according to their chosen plan, and the Emergency Packages will be delivered accordingly.

Yes. You can make a donation in honor or memory of someone.

Aseel will send a donation receipt/invoice to your designated email address for making the donation.

You may opt not to share your name or email address to make an anonymous donation. In the Order Comment Section, you could also mention that you want to keep your contribution anonymous.

To update or cancel a recurring donation/subscription, make the necessary changes. For help, contact us at [email protected].

Once you donate, a receipt/invoice will be sent to your email confirming that the donation has been received.

To get a refund, send an email containing the order number and reason for the refund to [email protected].

Aseel currently does not accept non-monetary items from abroad. Within Kabul, however, we welcome non-monetary donations.
