Support Victims of Flash Floods in Parwan
Organizers: Amrisha Gaina
$370 raise of $5000 target
About the Campaign
Heavy rainfall has led to flash flooding in Parwan, causing absolute devastation, with dozens of people having lost their lives and many more missing– including children. The situation is severe: over 100 homes, thousands of acres of land, livestock, and roads have been decimated. Through this campaign, we’re aiming to provide support to the most vulnerable– women-led homes. With the Taliban’s continuing human rights violations, women are still banned from working, and due to these floods, many are homeless and require urgent assistance. ASEEL has done incredible work on-ground, especially since August of 2021. Please consider donating to provide support and assistance to those affected in Parwan, especially as heavy rains are expected to continue.
