Born in Afghanistan, Mr. Dawood began his journey in the clothing industry in 1999 at the young age of 24. He completed his 14th grade and went on to pursue his career in the field of clothing. With an unwavering passion for fashion, Mr. Dawood spent several years learning the art of hand-stitching and hand embroidery in Pakistan. Over the course of 25 years, he became a seasoned expert in the field and decided to establish his own business in 2003. The Haji Dawood Clothing Brand has since become a household name, employing a team of 42 skilled individuals who are involved in the design and production of a range of clothing items. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, ranging from waistcoats to pakols, coats to overcoats, women's dresses and veils to men's outfits and pato. The brand's commitment to traditional embroidery motifs and stitching patterns from Afghanistan, combined with modern designs, has made it a standout in fashion. All raw materials are sourced locally from Afghanistan and Pakistan, giving each item an authentic feel. The brand has prepared 150 designs that will be brought to life by their skilled artisans. Haji Dawood's vision is to expand his business by establishing branches in various provinces of Afghanistan, with the ultimate goal of achieving an international footprint in the clothing industry.
