In 2019, Arzoo Sultani, with an experience in fashion and designing, launched Kasra Design. A total of five artisans, primarily women, work with her in sewing clothes using their exclusive hand-embroidery designs and motifs. The brand solely designs and stitches dresses that embed the ancient traditional embroidery of Afghanistan with modern ones. These hand-embroidered dresses include party wear dresses, casual dresses, jumpsuits, and Gande-Afghani, which feature velvet, silk, georgette, cotton, crepe, and many more. To give these outfits a touch of glamour, the artisans skillfully incorporate mirror work, coin work, cherma embroidery, and floral embroidery. Arzoo aims to see her brand in the international market, where she can showcase her team's hard work and creativity, thus bringing more profit to the country and her brand, meanwhile helping her employees gain financial stability. Arzoo believes that each product of Kasra's design is unique, genuine, and worth sharing with those who seek authentic handmade products. Arzoo's goal is to be among the leading brands in Afghanistan by initiating branches in local and international markets.
