Aseel Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aseel. We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free and transparent return experience. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returning products purchased through our platform.
1.1. Most products sold on Aseel are eligible for returns. However, some exceptions may apply, and certain product categories may have specific return guidelines. Please check the product's description and individual return policy for eligibility.
1.2. Customized or personalized products explicitly marked as non-returnable are generally not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
2.1. To initiate a return, log in to your Aseel account.
2.2. Navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section, and select the specific order that contains the item you want to return.
2.3. Contact our team in [email protected] or [email protected]> to complete the return request, including specifying the reason for the return and providing relevant details.
2.4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship the item back.
3.1. You may initiate a return within three days of receiving the product. After this period, the product may not be eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective.
4.1. To qualify for a refund or replacement, returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
4.2. Products that are used, damaged due to improper handling, missing components, or show signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a full refund.
5.1. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label, or you may be responsible for the return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return.
5.2. Package the item securely and include all original accessories and documents.
5.3. Ship the returned item to the address provided in the return authorization.
6.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6.2. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account.

9.1. Aseel will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. For other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
