Fatima is a 27-year-old young woman who was born with a congenital cleft palate. Despite all the hardships and challenges, she completed her education, but this condition has always been distressing for her. She has received treatment multiple times in public hospitals in Kabul, Afghanistan, but unfortunately, no effective results were achieved.
Now, doctors recommend that for effective treatment, she should go to a neighboring country such as Iran or India for surgery and special care. The cost of treatment is heavy for Fatima’s family, and without the help of kind-hearted people, this journey is impossible.

My name is *Mursal* Mohammadi, and I am from *Kabul province*, Afghanistan. I completed my high school education at *Al-Taqwa High School* and then graduated in *Midwifery* from university. Before the recent changes in the country, I worked at an organization called *Afghanistan Azad* in the *Child Education and Training* department. However, after the political changes, unfortunately, I lost my job and now face difficult economic conditions. Now I am working with Aseel as a volunteer
