Professor Ismail Meshaal was born in 1370 AH in a pious and intellectual family in Kabul, Afghanistan. He was born and is now living in Kabul. He completed his primary and secondary studies at Habibia High School and obtained his master's degree in Journalism and Media at the University of Mysore, India in 2016.
