We are working to grow an existing small-scale sandal-making business in Afghanistan into a professional and sustainable brand. My brother has many years of experience producing women’s sandals, and we already have an existing production process and local market. I want to bring my skills in technology, branding, digital marketing, online sales, and business development to help the business reach more customers and grow beyond its current small scale.Our current production cost is around 190 AFN per pair, while we sell to local shopkeepers for about 230 AFN, and the sandals are sold in the market for approximately 300–350 AFN. With investment in better equipment, raw materials, workspace, solar power, packaging, and marketing, we can improve quality, increase production, strengthen our brand, and reach new markets.Our long-term vision is to build a sustainable Afghan business that provides stable income for our family, supports local production, creates employment opportunities for Afghan women, and promotes Afghan-made products. We want to start with the skills and resources we already have and gradually grow into a stronger business that can create value for both our customers and our community.This is not only about building a business. It is about turning an existing skill into a sustainable source of income, creating opportunities for others, and promoting Afghan-made products
