Delivering Your Qurbani to the Needy

Qurbani is one of the important acts of worship and a great Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (AS). For Muslims who are able, performing Qurbani during Eid al-Adha carries great reward in the sight of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
Allah says in the Holy Qur’an:
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ
“So pray to your Lord and sacrifice.”

Allah also says:
لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنكُمْ
“Neither their meat nor their blood reaches Allah, but what reaches Him is your piety and sincerity.
