Through this initiative, 20–25 young women will participate in a structured training program covering digital literacy, Microsoft Office, online communication, and introductory Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The program is designed for beginners and focuses on practical skills that participants can immediately apply in their studies, personal development, and future careers. To ensure sustainable impact and responsible use of resources, the program will establish a shared technology learning lab where participants learn through guided instruction, collaborative activities, and hands-on practice with digital tools.
