The first wave of floods from April 10 to 16 claimed 35 lives, displaced 1590 families, and destroyed thousands of homes and farmlands across nine provinces. Now, a second wave has hit, with over 700 lives lost, thousands more homes damaged, and critical infrastructure, including health facilities, affected. The need for emergency aid is dire.
