Help a struggling Afghan family

Mahmood Shah is an elderly man who is currently suffering from heart disease and high blood pressure. 

Due to his financial situation, he is unable to afford the medical treatment he urgently needs.

Tragically, one of his sons was killed by unknown individuals, and since then, he has taken on the responsibility of caring for his grandchildren. 

The family is now facing extremely difficult living conditions and has no stable source of income.
