Seeking Help for My Daughters’ Medical Treatment

My name is Freshta, and I live in Parwan with my five children, three daughters and two sons. Two of my daughters suffer from neurological disorders, and one of them tragically burned her leg during a seizure. Our life has been incredibly challenging. My husband works in Karachi, but his income barely covers our most basic needs. I struggle to pay the monthly rent of 1,000 Afghanis for our home, and I cannot afford the medicine or medical treatment my daughters desperately need.
