Help Me Save My Two Diabetic Children in GazaMy name is Hisham Alhelou, and I am a father from Gaza.&nbsp;I am writing these words with a heavy heart, asking for your help to protect my family and save the lives of my two children.I live in Gaza with my wife, Nevine, 43, and our two sons, Abdulrahman, 14, and Ahmad, 10.&nbsp;Like many families here, we have lived through fear, displacement, destruction, and the daily struggle to survive.&nbsp;But our situation is even more difficult because both of my children suffer from diabetes and need constant medical care to stay alive.Every day, Abdulrahman and Ahmad need to check their blood sugar levels around eight times.&nbsp;They also need insulin injections four times a day. This is not optional for them. Without insulin, proper food, and regular monitoring, their lives are at serious risk.Before the war, managing their condition was already a heavy responsibility. Today, in Gaza, it has become a nightmare.&nbsp;Medicine is extremely difficult to find. Food suitable for diabetic children is often unavailable or unaffordable.&nbsp;Safe medical follow-up is almost impossible. As a father, nothing is more painful than watching your children need treatment and not being able to provide it.I have attached a video showing that we were forced to use insulin that had expired in January because we could not find safe,&nbsp;valid insulin due to the current security and humanitarian situation. No parent should ever have to make such a choice.&nbsp;But when your child needs insulin and there is no alternative, you do whatever you can to keep them alive.I am launching this campaign to raise the funds needed to help my family leave this dangerous situation and reach a place where my children can receive proper medical care,&nbsp;safe insulin, regular testing supplies, suitable food, and a stable environment.The donations will be used for evacuation and travel costs, medical treatment, insulin, blood sugar testing strips, temporary accommodation, food, and basic living needs until we can rebuild our lives in safety.I am not asking for luxury.
