Gharib Gul, a widow from Sarcheshmeh village in the Shahrak district of Ghor province, Afghanistan, is struggling to care for her three young daughters — Asma, Khuraman, and Reyhana. In 2016, their father, Ahmad, was martyred while serving as a guard for the Salam antenna during the war between the former government and the Taliban.
