About Campaign

In the province of Kapisa, Afghanistan a mother struggles every day to care for her five young children. Years ago, her husband left for Iran in search of work but he went missing, and for over a year, there has been no news of him. She now stands alone, with no provider, no support, and five helpless children depending on her for survival. Each night, the children fall asleep hungry, their silent tears revealing the depth of their suffering. Their mother works as a cleaner, but her small income is not enough. Her children are too young and too weak to help. They have no secure roof over their heads, no warm meals to fill their stomachs, and no sense of safety only a mother is breaking heart and a fragile hope that someone will hear their silent cry. Let us be that hope.
