My name is Ezz El-Din Al-Awour, from Gaza. Before the war, I owned a small kitchen that provided for my family and supported three workers and their families. It was more than a business—it was a livelihood built with years of hard work, dignity, and hope.

The war destroyed my kitchen completely. In a single moment, my only source of income and the future I was building were taken away. Today, I am left struggling to support my family, with no means to rebuild on my own.
