About Campaign
As the harsh winter approaches, dozens of families living in the immigrants camp in Saray Shamali, Kabul, are preparing to face freezing nights with almost nothing to keep them warm. Most of them live in fragile tents that do little to block the wind and cold. These families fled to Kabul years ago during the war from the northern provinces — and since then, the camp has become their only home.
Life in Saray Shamali is incredibly difficult. The families there survive day to day, with many doing handiwork, collecting scraps, or begging on the streets just to afford a little food. When winter arrives, their struggle becomes even more painful. With no firewood, warm clothes, or blankets, children shiver through the night while parents search for anything they can burn to bring a little warmth.
This campaign aims to support 10 of the most vulnerable families in the camp by providing firewood, warm clothing, and blankets to help them survive the winter. Your donation can light a fire in a home that has gone cold, bring comfort to a mother who has nothing left to give, and remind these families that they are not alone.
Together, we can bring hope and warmth to Saray Shamali — and make sure no family is left to suffer in the cold. ❄️
Donate now and help keep a family warm this winter.
