Mohammad Basir is the sole breadwinner of his family. He has two daughters, Amina and Maryam, who have been diagnosed with an incurable form of cancer. For the past ten years, the girls have required regular blood transfusions. If the family is able to afford their medicine, the girls can receive a blood transfusion every 15 days. However, if they cannot get the medication, the girls need blood donations every single day. This has placed an enormous financial and emotional burden on the family, and they are unable to meet the basic needs of their daughters.

Their struggle to provide blood and medicine for the children is overwhelming. The family is seeking the help and support of people both inside and outside the country. They are asking for assistance to help their daughters survive. Every day and night is a difficult challenge for the family, as even finding enough food to eat has become a hardship. Providing the necessary blood and medicine for the girls seems almost impossible.
Through this message, the family hopes that the good-hearted people from all over will offer their help and support. With God's grace, they believe that assistance will come and their daughters will have a chance to survive this illness.
