About Basira:
 Basira is a one-year-old baby girl suffering from severe malnutrition. Her family was among thousands of Afghan refugees recently deported from Pakistan. They now live in a small, unsafe tent with no proper shelter, hygiene, or access to nutritious food.
Her family’s struggle:
 Basira’s parents have several other children. They have no stable income and can barely afford food for the whole family. Her father says that if they spend everything on Basira’s treatment, their other children will go hungry. The family faces an impossible choice every day — feed their children or try to save Basira’s life.
Why this help is urgent:
 Malnutrition at such a young age can lead to lifelong damage or even death. Every day without proper nutrition and medical care puts Basira at serious risk. She urgently needs medical treatment, nutritious food, and a safer living environment.
