These products are carefully dried and sold to increase their value and shelf life. The profit is managed sustainably: 50% supports operational costs, while the remaining 50% is reinvested to expand the project, reach more farmers, and create long-term impact. This approach reduces waste, increases farmer income, and builds a continuous cycle of growth and community support.
