Farid Ahmad Taskin, a writer, poet, journalist, and peace activist who has dedicated many years to serving his community, is now facing a serious health problem.
He has been diagnosed with Behçet’s Disease, a rare condition that is causing severe vision loss. If not treated urgently, he may lose his eyesight completely. He has already received treatment in India, Peshawar, and Iran, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement.
At this stage, his only hope is specialized treatment in Europe or Turkey.
