Mawluddin Balkhi is a graduate of Kabul University, Faculty of Islamic Law, and the Afghan-Turk High School. He has over five years of experience in humanitarian work, including needs assessments and aid distribution across more than 24 provinces of Afghanistan. He actively participated in major emergency responses, such as the Herat earthquake , floods in Paktia, and Baghlan, and also supported returning migrants in Torkham. He is fluent in Turkish and Arabic and holds official interpretation licenses from the Ministry of Justice. Mawluddin has strong leadership skills, having led volunteer teams for two years, and has organized weekly, monthly, and yearly activities for them. He has also managed logistics and procurement, created support programs for orphans, widows, and farmers, and distributed food, hygiene, and emergency kits.
