The Afghan Women’s Enterprise Initiative is a hands-on business development program guiding women from idea to income through practical training in business planning, pricing, marketing, and financial literacy. Each participant leaves with a realistic, launch-ready business plan designed for sustainable, home-based income. Your support funds training, mentorship, and a safe learning space.

Across Mazar-e-Sharif, many women already have valuable skills. They sew clothing, bake food, create handicrafts, and provide beauty services from home. Yet many remain financially dependent—not due to lack of talent, but due to limited access to business training, mentorship, and startup resources.
Our Solution
The Afghan Women's Enterprise Program is an 8-week entrepreneurship program for 20 women in Mazar-e-Sharif.
Each participant will receive:
- Entrepreneurship training - Mentorship and coaching - A complete business plan - Learning materials - $120 startup tools and equipment tailored to their business
Participants will focus on tailoring, food production, handicrafts, or beauty services—home-based activities with strong income potential.

Startup Tools &amp; Equipment — $2,400 Direct startup packages for 20 women ($120 each).
Training Materials — $700 Workbooks, stationery, and learning resources.
Training &amp; Mentorship — $300 Facilitation, coaching, and business support.
