About Campaign

Children like these girls depend on support to continue their education and meet their basic needs. Without help, school becomes a luxury instead of a right  and the future they deserve begins to slip away.

Wefaq: It was around ten in the morning. I was in the school office, surrounded by paperwork and routine tasks, when the door opened softly. Five girls stepped inside — one slightly older, the others still very young. Their clothes were simple, their eyes tired, yet there was dignity in the way they stood together.

The eldest, about sixteen, took a shaky breath as she approached my desk. Her voice trembled, but behind it was a strength forged from hardship — the kind of courage no one her age should have to carry. “These… are my sisters,” she said. “Four orphans. I am taking care of them.”

In that moment, the room felt heavier. These girls were not asking for the world — only for a chance. A chance to stay in school. A chance to learn. A chance to grow without fear of losing their childhood.
