About Campaign

Let’s be clear: Afghans are not weak; they do not get the chance to glow. Noorban, a free educational group, aims to provide this chance for Afghans so they can develop skills that can help them achieve their long-term goals. For the time being, Noorban only includes one on-site basic English class with 25 students and an online book club with 20 members. Most English students come from families with low incomes and difficulties affording their kids' education. Noorban not only educates those students for free but also assists them with other costs of their education. It includes stationery and books. For the past 2 months, I have been using my savings to buy stationery. Honestly, seeing the happy faces of students motivates me to continue on this path despite all its difficulties. However, as an unemployed individual, I cannot continue it all on my own. Every contribution, big or small, helps provide Afghan students with the education they deserve. Together, we can empower them to build a brighter future. If you’re willing to support this initiative, please donate right now. Your generosity can change lives! List: Stationery, books, bags, gifts, class supplies

Sara Halimi

Sara Halimi I am Sara Halimi, an Afghan girl who is trying to develop herself and help others and communities to thrive and shine. I live in Bamyan province, Afghanistan, and attended Bamyan Center’s Boys’ High School. When educational institutions were banned for Afghan females, I began pursuing my education through other sources. I developed my skills; however, I felt deeply saddened that many people could not access my opportunities. Consequently, I began volunteering. I first volunteered for the KUDAC organization for about two years. By December 2024, I was ready to take the next step and launch Noorban, a free educational platform to help individuals develop skills that help them grow and glow. For now, it is only one beginner English class and an online book club that is all managed by myself. I plan to expand Noorban into a larger project or even establish it as an organization in the future. Currently, I am teaching English classes at Noorban and volunteering for Atalaan.
