Mir Zahoruddin Ansari founded Ansari Carpet Company. He graduated from high school with a baccalaureate degree in Pakistan. Mr. Ansari began his career in the carpet industry in Pakistan at the Afghan Rug Factory, where he built a group of companies to advance the carpet industry. Ansari founded this company in 1998 in Pakistan, accumulating thirty years of experience in this field. They arrived in Afghanistan in 2007 and began working as Afghan Rug Factory. They also registered as an AISA and continued their work in the Aqcha district of Sheberghan province with around 1500 weavers. They continued their work in Baghlan and Polkhomri provinces as well. In the meantime, they currently have wool spinning, and the company can continue the carpets business even after the crucial situation in the country's south. They have managed to move to Kabul Shahre Naw to start working there. While preparing to inaugurate working as a company, the government intervened, and they had to move to the 18th district of Kabul, where they continued working in the carpet weaving industry. Ansari has around four hundred weavers for the time being. The business operations are weaving and washing. However, they still need a cutting and shaking machine for the carpets, which they will manage to have very shortly.
