Alireza Mirzaei initiated the Bahar brand about seven years ago when he was only 22. Alireza has completed two years of university level in Isfahan, Iran. He has an extensive work experience of 14 years, including the learning and practicing period. Initially, he started working in this field as an apprentice in a Dasht-e-Barchi, and then he joined an internship program for 3 months. The brand employs a hundred and seventy artisans who help run the business smoothly. The product line includes a wide range of outfits, such as jackets, linen, carbonaz, gohernet and crepe pants, and bridal wear, coupled with decorative items. The goal is to have comprehensive designs suitable for all customers' tastes. Since the brand is active in the Dasht-e-Barchi Kabul, Afghanistan, most of the products are according to the culture and taste of these residents. Alireza and his artisan understand the needs and trends of markets well enough. All the raw materials are sourced domestically from Mandavi Kabul and other provinces of Afghanistan. Currently, the brand has forty different types of products, exclusively hand-embroidered or machine-made, featuring fresh contemporary and traditional designs. Alireza views business expansion as vital in globalizing any enterprise and seeks to draw international customers by promoting rich art and culture. Additionally, he intends to create a reliable work environment for qualified personnel, establish Bahar as a VIP brand, and specialize products as much as possible.
