As winter approaches, 50 vulnerable families in District 17, Sara-e-Shamali, Kabul mostly widows and children recently returned from Pakistan and Iran struggle to survive. Street working children often serve as breadwinners, while widows face huge challenges providing for their families. Without warm clothing, food, heating, and shelter, they are at high risk of hunger and illness.
