Ada Brand

My name is Zainab Ahmadi, and I am the founder of Ada Brand in Kabul. Tailoring has always been my passion. I started working in sewing four years ago, but when women were no longer allowed to continue their jobs, I had to stop. It was a very difficult time, but I never gave up. After many struggles, I was able to restart my work one year ago and build my own brand.

Today, through Aseel, I work with a team of 7 women. Together, we create handmade Afghan dresses, including Gand Afghani, formal dresses, and deta.
