My name is Gulalai Sabit, daughter of Panji, originally from Shirin Tagab District, Faryab Province, and currently residing in District 8, Kunduz City, Afghanistan. I hold a 14th-grade diploma in Mathematics from the Teacher Training Institute of Faryab and have over 22 years of experience in traditional carpet weaving. I officially began my business in 1401 (2022) during a difficult economic time, starting with a loan of 40,000 AFN from my father.
