Afghanistan
My name is Loysa Noori, and I am from Kunduz City, Afghanistan. I hold a bachelor’s degree and have over ten years of experience in tailoring. I began my journey with just a single manual sewing machine, and over the past five years, I have proudly built what is now known as Olgo Tailoring Brand. Our workshop is located in Se-Saraka, Hesar area, Wali Sardar Alley, where we operate with a strong focus on both quality and community impact. The purpose behind establishing Olgo Brand was not only to support my family financially, but also to create a space where women who were unable to complete their education could learn tailoring and earn a dignified income. I learned tailoring in my childhood from my family and have since turned that skill into a thriving business. We offer a wide range of handcrafted products including women’s and children’s clothing, bead embroidery (Mora Dozi), curtains (plain and embroidered), custom-designed cushions, and more. Our sales model includes contracts with local shops and direct orders from customers, especially for items like party dresses, children’s nightwear, and traditional Afghan garments. Each piece is made with care and reflects both craftsmanship and cultural identity. By joining Aseel, I hope to expand our reach, support more women in learning valuable skills, and introduce Olgo Brand’s creations to a global audience that values handmade, meaningful products. Thank you for supporting Olgo Brand — where every design is a reflection of dedication, tradition, and opportunity.
