My name is Torpiki "Ilkhani," and I am the founder of Bamyan Zeba Craftsmanship. After the collapse of the republic system, I became unemployed, having previously worked in a government office. The restrictions on education and employment for women led many women and girls to be deprived of education and work opportunities. As an educated woman with experience in various government positions, I felt a deep responsibility to help the women and girls in Bamyan who were left without opportunities. With limited capital, I decided to start a small business.
