Brand Banooe Sharq

Founded in Kabul in 2017 by Fatima Yaghoobzada and Sayed Shafaq Hashimi, Banoo-e-Sharq celebrates Afghan culture through handmade fashion and design. With backgrounds in political science and fashion, the founders built a brand focused on empowerment and tradition. Today, Banoo-e-Sharq operates three branches in Kabul and supports 55 artisans. In partnership with Aseel, the brand is bringing the beauty of Afghan craftsmanship to the world.
