My name is Nasiba Noor Zaman, and I’m the founder of Mahtab Tailoring Center located in Khanabad District, Kunduz Province. Growing up, I learned tailoring and embroidery from my mother, who passed these skills down with patience and love. Three years ago, I decided to turn that knowledge into something more — a small business that could support other women and bring traditional Afghan craftsmanship to life. Today, Mahtab Tailoring Center employs 8 dedicated women.
