Mano Tailoring Workshop

My name is Mano, and I am the founder of Mano Tailoring Workshop, based in Sink village in the center of Zabul. I never had the chance to go to school, but I’ve been sewing clothes for over 20 years. I first learned the skill as a young girl, simply by watching and practicing on my own. I started this business during a time when my family was going through a very difficult period. We were struggling financially, and I needed to find a way to help. That’s when I decided to turn my sewing into something more.
