Mother Tailoring Workshop - Najila Razaei, the founder of Mother Tailoring Workshop, is a determined entrepreneur from Kapisa, who has turned her passion for sewing into a thriving business. Her hard work and dedication transformed her small operation into a growing business. Today, Mother Tailoring Workshop employs 10 women, providing them with meaningful work and the opportunity to learn valuable skills.Najila’s vision for her workshop is not only to create high-quality Afghan garments but also to offer sustainable livelihoods for women in need. She specializes in Punjabi, Kuchi, leather garments, and other traditional Afghan designs. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality. Her success story is not without its challenges. Najila faced social and economic hurdles along the way, including the loss of income during Afghanistan's political changes. Despite these obstacles, her commitment to empowering women and providing a steady income for her family never wavered.
