Paya Art Gallery

Sayed Jawad Ahmad Paya, driven by his love for art, founded the Paya Art Gallery in 2012 to help promote art education and cultural development in Afghanistan. After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Kabul University, he decided to dedicate his life to both creating art and teaching it. He now teaches at the Institute of Fine Arts, where he helps guide young artists in their journey. One of the most unique things about Paya is that he was among the first to organize street art exhibitions in Afghanistan, bringing art to the streets and making it accessible to everyone.
