Rahmani Guldozi

Afghanistan

Rahmani Guldozi – Stitching a Future with Pride and Purpose In the village of Damkali, located in the heart of Asadabad District, Kunar Province, Malia Rahmani is turning her passion for tailoring into a powerful force for change. As the founder of Rahmani Guldozi, she has spent the last three years building a brand that reflects not only her skills but also her dream of creating something lasting under her own name. With an educational background up to Grade 11, Malia developed her tailoring skills within her own home and community, driven by a deep desire to become self-reliant and contribute meaningfully to her family's income. Her journey into entrepreneurship began three years ago, when she decided to take her talent from a personal skill to a public profession. Rahmani Guldozi now operates from Damkali village, employing a small team of four women, and specializes in crafting high-quality traditional Afghan clothing. The brand’s name reflects Malia’s identity and ambition—to not only grow her business but also uplift those around her through job creation and cultural preservation. Malia’s motivation for launching the brand was simple but strong: she wanted to lead her own business, expand professionally, and support her family financially through a sustainable and meaningful trade. With growing recognition and the support of platforms like Aseel, Rahmani Guldozi is ready to reach broader audiences—sharing authentic Afghan clothing made with care, heritage, and pride. Every stitch from Malia’s workshop tells a story of resilience, creativity, and a woman’s journey toward independence. Rahmani Guldozi is not just a tailoring business—it is a mission stitched together by determination, cultural pride, and hope for a brighter future.
