Zahra Tailoring – Founded by Zahra Ebrahimi, a talented and self-driven entrepreneur from Qala-e-Faqir, Logar Province, Zahra Tailoring is a growing local brand that blends tradition with creativity. With a passion for design and six years of tailoring experience, Zahra began her journey to create beautiful clothing while supporting her family. A 9th-grade graduate, Zahra learned her skills from her mother and a local tailoring course, and soon turned her love for sewing into a sustainable business. She now leads a team of five women, offering a wide variety of handcrafted clothing such as Afghani dresses, Punjabi styles, and festive wear for women and children. Zahra’s main motivation was to build a source of income that could support her family while creating opportunities for others. Her goal is to become self-sufficient and continue to grow her business into a well-known fashion name in the region. Through her brand Zahra Tailoring, Zahra is not only preserving traditional clothing styles but also empowering women through meaningful work and creativity. Her designs are loved for their elegance, cultural identity, and attention to detail. Now, with her collaboration with ASEEL, Zahra is excited to share her handcrafted pieces with a wider audience, showcasing Afghan fashion to the world and building a better future for women in her community.
