Go to the Aseel website or mobile application, choose your favorite product, find your desired seller, and select the item you want to purchase. You can buy your selected item right away by processing it at the checkout stage, or you can add it to the cart to place your order later.
After placing your order successfully, our sales team will get in touch. A tracking number for your order will be sent to track your order as it's shipped.
Most of the time, the tracking number is sent to the Customer email through which they have placed their order, and the Customer Team sends them once it is shipped; if you can not find the tracking number there, then you can always send an email to [email protected] where our Customer Support team will guide you further.
When an order is placed on the Website or in the app, our Customer Team receives the order and communicates with the relevant Sellers to ready the products. Since Aseel is an online global platform that ships worldwide, it will cost us to deliver our customers' packages to their doorstep. On special occasions, we offer free shipping service for our customers as a gift from Aseel.

The discount code or the Coupon code is shared by our Marketing team in the newsletters; primarily, we send the newsletters with special discount codes for special events. Most of the time, we provide discount codes for our new Customers.
