Mujda Handicrafts Shop

Mujda Handicrafts

Selling from Afghanishtan

Azizullah Sherzad founded Mujda Handicrafts in 2002. He began designing and clothes-making as a teenager and used the skills to work for a clothing brand. He finally opened his shop, celebrating entrepreneurship and its success, demonstrated by the ability to hire twenty-five male and female artisans, many working from home. Sales are a mix of local customers and others from abroad who appreciate the intricacy of the designs. All products are handmade, including waistcoats, blouses, Hazaragi and Kandahari hats, and many more items. Sherzad ensures the brand continues to thrive, encouraging business growth by partnering with Aseel. Mujda provides a glimpse of traditional Afghan beauty while infusing new patterns and styles with a timeless aesthetic. The goal is to access international markets and have new branches there. Since they are not satisfied with their sales in Afghanistan as the market is too limited. Therefore they expect Aseel to cooperate in this section and help them have a higher income.
